A football project fails as easily from a bad corporate structure as from a bad training model. But the people who should solve those two problems are not the same people — and we don't improvise in areas that require licensed professionals.

The fee depends on how much of the country we screen to identify your optimal location. A single-region validation and a full national screen across Norte, Centro and Sul are different pieces of work, and priced accordingly. We confirm the figure after an introductory call, once the scope is clear.
Phase 1 exists because the alternative is worse: committing serious capital to a plan nobody has stress-tested. If our honest conclusion is that the project isn't viable at your intended budget, we say so. That's a valid outcome — and a far cheaper one than discovering it two seasons in.
