Don't I already have everything I need from my coaching license?
Your coaching license — whichever federation issued it, whichever level you hold — gave you the foundation. That's valuable. But foundations aren't buildings. Your license taught you the rules of the game. Sportrail teaches you how to win it. Think of it this way: getting a driving license means you can legally operate a car. It doesn't make you a race car driver. That takes deliberate practice with someone who knows how.
How much does it cost?
For individual coaches: The Talent Pathway is $297 for the first 8 seats (early bird), then $397. For academies: the Academy Pack is 5 seats for $1,400. For clubs, academies and federations: we run tailor-made cohorts at custom rates for 3+ coaches from the same organisation — send an inquiry and we'll return a scoped quote within 24 hours.
How is the payment handled? Is it secure? What about tax?
Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment processors, certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest tier of payment security). Your card details never touch Sportrail’s servers: they go directly to Stripe, and you get a Stripe receipt and an invoice from us. About tax: The Talent Pathway is priced in US dollars. There is no VAT for buyers in Portugal, VAT is included for buyers elsewhere in the EU, and outside the EU local tax is added at checkout where it applies. You can pay in your local currency at checkout.
I'm already busy. Will I actually have time for this?
We built this for working coaches, not full-time students. Live sessions run 2 hours at 9pm CET (Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, Rome) — which translates to 3pm ET / 12pm PT for North American coaches and roughly 6am AEST the following morning for Australia. Every session is recorded, so if you miss one or the time slot doesn't work for your week, you catch up on playback the same week. The coaches who are busiest are often the ones who invest in Sportrail — because they know that small, consistent learning compounds. You find time for what matters.
