The Honest Answers

Don't I already have everything I need from my coaching license?
Your coaching license — whichever federation issued it, whichever level you hold — gave you the foundation. That's valuable. But foundations aren't buildings. Your license taught you the rules of the game. Sportrail teaches you how to win it. Think of it this way: getting a driving license means you can legally operate a car. It doesn't make you a race car driver. That takes deliberate practice with someone who knows how.
How much does it cost?
For individual coaches: each course is $277, with a $227 early-bird price locked while pre-registration is open. No payment today — you pre-register, we email payment details when your cohort confirms, and your early-bird price is honoured for that cohort. For clubs, academies and federations: we run tailor-made cohorts at custom rates for 3+ coaches from the same organisation — send an inquiry and we'll return a scoped quote within 24 hours.
How is the payment handled? Is it secure? What about tax?
Payments are processed by Stripe — the same payment processor used by Amazon, Shopify, Google, Lyft and millions of US and Canadian businesses. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified (the highest tier of payment security) and is regulated as a money transmitter across the US and Canada. Your card details never touch Sportrail's servers — they go directly to Stripe, get encrypted and tokenised at the browser, and you get a Stripe-issued receipt. Nothing is charged at pre-registration — no card is collected today. When your cohort confirms, we email you a Stripe payment link. You pay in USD with whichever card you prefer; the money lands in our Stripe account in Portugal, fully traceable. About tax: the $227 / $277 prices are exclusive of local taxes. Depending on your billing location, VAT (EU/UK), sales tax (US) or GST (Canada/Australia) may be added to the total at checkout — calculated and itemised by Stripe Tax on the receipt.
I'm already busy. Will I actually have time for this?
We built this for working coaches, not full-time students. Live sessions run 2 hours at 9pm CET (Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, Rome) — which translates to 3pm ET / 12pm PT for North American coaches and roughly 6am AEST the following morning for Australia. Every session is recorded, so if you miss one or the time slot doesn't work for your week, you catch up on playback the same week. The coaches who are busiest are often the ones who invest in Sportrail — because they know that small, consistent learning compounds. You find time for what matters.
