Roles, hierarchy, and how the GK staff communicates with the rest of the technical team. How a Premier League club structures the department and runs the season as a process — and what's transferable to clubs without the same budget.

Every session is recorded and stays on the Sportrail platform for 90 days.

Live sessions run at 9pm CET (Lisbon · Madrid · Paris · Rome). For coaches elsewhere, that converts to roughly 3pm ET / 12pm PT for North America and 6am AEST the following morning for Australia. Every session is recorded — if the live slot doesn't work for your week, you catch up on playback within 90 days.

Payments are processed by Stripe — the same payment processor used by Amazon, Shopify, Google, Lyft and millions of US and Canadian businesses. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified (the highest tier of payment security) and is regulated as a money transmitter across the US and Canada.
