& Refunds

Short version: 14 days to change your mind, anywhere in the world. After that, or once you've attended more than one live session or watched more than 50% of the recordings, your enrolment is non-refundable.

To request a refund, email info@sportrailfootball.com from the address you used to enrol, with your Stripe receipt number.

1. The 14-day window

You can cancel your enrolment and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of completing your purchase, regardless of where in the world you are based. We apply this policy globally so that coaches in the United States, Brazil, Canada, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere have the same protection as our European customers.

The 14-day clock starts the moment your enrolment is confirmed by the registration-confirmed page.

2. When the refund window ends earlier

You lose the right to a refund — even within the 14 days — if any of the following happen first:

This is consistent with EU rules on digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m)): once you have started substantively consuming the content, you cannot withdraw and get a refund.

3. Cohorts that don't run

If we cancel a cohort before it begins (for instance because of insufficient enrolments or instructor unavailability), you get a full refund automatically and we will email you within 7 days of the cancellation. You can also choose to roll your seat over to the next cohort at no extra cost.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@sportrailfootball.com from the address you used to enrol. Include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The course you enrolled in (Goalkeeper Coaching, Scouting, etc.).
  3. Your Stripe receipt number (visible in the receipt email Stripe sent you).
  4. One sentence on why you're cancelling — useful feedback, not a requirement.

We will confirm receipt within two business days and process the refund through Stripe within seven business days of confirming you are eligible. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for the purchase, so the refund will appear on the same card or payment method you used to pay. The time it takes to land on your statement depends on your bank, usually 5-10 business days.

5. Right of withdrawal — EU/EEA buyers

If you are a consumer (not a business) based in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). The statutory window is 14 days from the moment your purchase is confirmed.

Because our courses are digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal ends earlier if at checkout you (a) expressly request that we begin delivery during the 14-day window and (b) acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts. The first time you sign into the course area, attend a live session, or download a workbook counts as "delivery starting" for these purposes.

Even where the statutory right has lapsed, we still honour the 14-day calendar window described in section 1 as a goodwill policy, subject to the caps in section 2.

6. Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with anything, please email us first so we can sort it out. Filing a chargeback through your bank before contacting us tends to make the situation slower and more expensive for everyone, and may result in us declining future enrolments from the same account.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. The policy in effect on the date you enrolled continues to apply to that purchase.
